Position: Montessori Early Childhood Educators
Location: Nurture Montessori in Victoria Park, where the magic of discovery unfolds
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Working with Children’s Check or willingness to obtain one
- First Aid and Anaphylaxis Training or willingness to obtain certification
- Certificate 3, Diploma of Early Education and Care or ACECQA recognised Early Childhood qualification
- Montessori Diploma or Montessori heart that beats to the rhythm of Maria Montessori’s philosophy
- Steady hand to cut on straight lines and create beautiful Montessori materials
- Patience of a saint to handle spilled water, mismatched shoes, and endless “why” questions with zen-like calmness.
- Child whisperer that understands the language of giggles, tears, and wiggly dance moves.
- Nature lover who appreciates the beauty of ladybugs, dew-kissed grass, and mud puddles.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Observation maestro: Sharpen your eagle eyes and observe each child’s unique interests and developmental needs to help facilitate their individual learning journey.
- Materials magician: Introduce little learners to the wonders of Montessori materials—golden beads, pink towers, and the mysterious knobbed cylinders.
- Peacekeeper extraordinaire: Mediate conflicts with the grace of a peacemaker. “Let’s talk it out” is your mantra.
- Gardening guru: Cultivate green thumbs and explore the wonders of soil, seeds, and sprouts.
- Grace and courtesy ambassador: Teach children the art of saying “please”, pouring their own juice, and walking like a graceful flamingo.
- Outdoor explorer: Embark on nature walks, collect leaves, and marvel at the intricacies of spider webs.
- Story weaver: Spin tales of adventure, kindness, and magical creatures during cozy circle time.
