  • Patience of a saint to handle spilled water, mismatched shoes, and endless “why” questions with zen-like calmness.
  • Child whisperer that understands the language of giggles, tears, and wiggly dance moves.
  • Nature lover who appreciates the beauty of ladybugs, dew-kissed grass, and mud puddles.

Perks:

  • Up to 6 weeks of paid leave
  • Generous above award hourly rates

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Observation maestro: Sharpen your eagle eyes and observe each child’s unique interests and developmental needs to help facilitate their individual learning journey.
  • Materials magician: Introduce little learners to the wonders of Montessori materials—golden beads, pink towers, and the mysterious knobbed cylinders.
  • Peacekeeper extraordinaire: Mediate conflicts with the grace of a peacemaker. “Let’s talk it out” is your mantra.
  • Gardening guru: Cultivate green thumbs and explore the wonders of soil, seeds, and sprouts.

  • Outdoor explorer: Embark on nature walks, collect leaves, and marvel at the intricacies of spider webs.
  • Story weaver: Spin tales of adventure, kindness, and magical creatures during cozy circle time.
  • Snack time conductor: Lead the orchestra of carrot sticks, apple slices, and cheese cubes.

We’re Moving to a New Platform!

Hello there,

We’re excited to share that we’re in the process of moving to a brand-new platform designed to offer you an even better experience.

That said, we still have a lot to move—thousands of articles, blogs, and other content—which is taking a bit longer than we’d hoped.

While we continue transitioning everything over, you’ll be redirected to the new platform for sections like Events, Jobs, the Directory, Shops, and Membership, which are already up and running.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this process.
