Applicants must have a recognised Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) qualification. Qualifications and experience in Montessori are preferred. A genuine interest in the Montessori Philosophy is essential. Training will be provided.

Applicants must have a good understanding of The National Quality Standard (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Applicants must have the ability to build strong, respectful and meaningful relationships with the families, the children we care for and co-workers.

A willingness to learn and be part of a team is necessary.
